Windlab Systems - based in Canberra
Windlab develops wind-mapping technology which it uses to identify and develop wind farm sites. Once identified, the sites (virtual wind farms) are validated and the various rights are secured (land rights/leases, grid connection agreements, environmental permits, etc) and packaged as a commercially viable wind project. PFG provided Windlab a $4 million convertible and a $3 million revolving line of credit.
Benthic Geotech - based in Sydney
Benthic Geotech operates in the offshore geotechnical data gathering market. Oil Companies contract Benthic to operate PROD (Portable Remotely Operated Drill) on the sea floor to take samples and gather data (enabling offshore construction). PFG provided Benthic a $15 million facility available in tranches.
Parnell Living Science - based in the Sydney
Parnell is a global veterinary pharmaceutical company. PFG provided the company with a $10.0 million financing package.
Packet Exchange - based in the UK
Global network services provider - owns and operates a network connecting 65+ points of presence. Services include Ethernet Private Line, Wide Area Community Networking and Wide Area Peering, a Managed Routing Platform, single and multi-homed IP Transit, and Content Delivery Networking. PFG provided the company with a $2.5 million revolving line of credit and a $1.5 million term loan.
Park Assist - based in Australia and the US
Provides parking guidance, bay sensing and enforcement parking management systems built on imaging, RF, wireless and networking technologies. PFG provided the company a $1.5 million revolving line of credit and a $1 million term loan.
Healthe - based in Australia
Healthe operates a network of private hospitals in Australia. PFG provided the company with a $AUD 11.5M convertible term loan.
ekit - based in Australia
SIM cards and calling cards to facilitate international travel and low cost mobile communications overseas. PFG provided the company with a $1.5M revolving line of credit and a $1.5M term loan.
LDSI (acquired by Cats) - based in the UK
Litigation support software. PFG provided the company a $7 million revolving line of credit.
Livenote (now Westlaw)
Software for legal research. PFG provided the company with a $3.8M term loan.
