Andrew Kahn

Andrew Kahn has been providing financing to emerging growth businesses for 23 years. Prior to PFG Andrew was a General Partner of JP Morgan Partners, managing two venture capital funds and leading the buyout/growth equity practice on the West Coast. Prior to JP Morgan he was a General Partner of Hambrecht & Quist's late stage venture capital fund. Andrew held several other positions within Hambrecht & Quist during his nine-year tenure. These include as a Managing Director of the Investment Bank, including acting as a senior banker for H&Q's own IPO in 1996, and President of H&Q Guaranty Finance, the firm's venture lending subsidiary. Andrew has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan.

Don Campbell

Donald M. Campbell cofounded Hambrecht & Quist Guaranty Finance Management, LLC, in 1985, and served as its Chief Executive Officer until December 31, 2001. After that Don was the Chief Executive Officer of Guaranty Finance Management, LLC, a company formed to manage H&QGF under contract with JP Morgan Chase & Company. In March, 2006 Don formed a group to buy and manage the remaining assets of H&QGF. Don has extensive experience in corporate finance and has been a financial analyst and financial planner as well as a Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of two public technology companies. Don's professional diversity is expansive; he has served as a director of public companies (NYSE and overseas) and performs advisory roles in a handful of private companies. Don received a B.Sc degree with Highest Distinction from the University of Nebraska, and an M.B.A. from Stanford University , where he graduated second in his class.

Lorraine Nield

Lorraine Nield has more than 20 years of experience with financing emerging growth companies. She joined Hambrecht & Quist Guaranty Finance in 1987 and has been involved in all aspects of the structuring of venture debt and lease financing as well as the management of investments in portfolio companies. Lorraine served as H&QGF's Chief Financial Officer from 1996 until December 2001. In January 2002 she cofounded Guaranty Finance Management, LLC, a company established to manage the assets of H&QGF for JPMorgan Chase & Co. Prior to joining H&QGF, Lorraine was involved with a venture-backed telecommunications start-up and an international freight company in San Francisco. Before moving to the USA, Lorraine spent nine years with a fashion industry import/export agency in London, and was educated in Belgium and England.

Jason Georgatos

Jason Georgatos has been providing financing to emerging growth technology companies for over 8 years. Jason has played an active role in Partners for Growth since its inception including sourcing, structuring and monitoring debt and equity transactions. Prior to joining Partners for Growth in 2004, Jason spent 2 years with Silicon Valley Bank providing financial solutions to technology and life science companies. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and a Masters degree from the University of Oxford in the U.K.

Phil Lawson

Phil joined Partners for Growth in 2010 and currently focuses on portfolio management and transaction support. Before joining Partners for Growth, Phil built a small internet marketing website development company in Asia. Prior to his time in Asia, Phil worked at Hambrecht & Quist as the firm's proprietary trader managing H&Q's equity portfolio and internal hedge funds. Phil also worked for Vista Ventures and held two engineering positions developing sensor technologies for aerospace, automotive and medical applications. Phil earned a BS in Engineering from Alfred University in upstate New York and an MBA in Finance from the Peter F. Drucker School of Management in Claremont, California.

Natalie Ho

Natalie Ho manages much of the accounting, billing and bookkeeping functions for Partners for Growth. Natalie has been with PfG and its predecessor firm, Hambrecht & Quist Guaranty Finance for the past 8 years. Prior to joining Hambrecht & Quist Guaranty Finance, she worked with a Brokers/Dealers Clearing Firm and Insurance Adjusters Company. Natalie has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from San Francisco State University .

Kathy Adams

Kathy Adams serves as Partners For Growth's Executive Assistant. She joined Partners For Growth in March 2006. Prior to joining PFG she worked in the radio and music industry for 10 years with Clear Channel Communications and the corporate offices of Tower Records. Kathy graduated from San Francisco State University.
