Julia Figueiredo

Director – Latin America

Julia joined PFG in 2022 to source deals and work with existing portfolio companies with operations in Latin America.

Before joining PFG, Julia was at Silicon Valley Bank, where she led the bank’s LATAM efforts, managing a client portfolio including startups and venture capital funds. During that time, Julia was part of the team launching the LATAM Growth Lending Fund in July 2020, a joint venture between PFG, SVB, and IDB Invest. She also worked for a tech unicorn in the Bay Area and ran her own company in Brazil.

Julia holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Ibmec, Brazil. She sits on the board of Endeavor Miami and is also one of the founding members of Latinas in Tech.

Julia’s passion at PFG extends to her work as a founder and advisor in Latinas in Tech.

Julia is from Brazil, but finished high school in New Zealand before moving to San Francisco and then Miami. She probably doesn’t even recognize time zones.

“I love the opportunity to improve the probability of success of the companies and regions we work with.”
